PEK BOON PING
About Pek
Pek graduated and obtained his law degree from University of Malaya in year 2016. After having awarded the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia, he read as pupil in chambers for nine (9) months with Messrs Lee Sok Wah & Co. and was subsequently admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitors in year 2019.
Pek with confidence in his commercial skills and knowledge which developed over the years, he has set up his own legal firm in year 2019 and commend legal practice as a full fledge lawyer in the areas of general litigation including civil debts recovery, winding-up and bankruptcy proceeding, family matters including divorce proceedings, probate and administration, small estate, employment, landlord and tenant disputes and conveyancing.
Most of his corporate clients are appreciate his invaluable corporate experience working in commercial advertising & promotion and logistic companies involving operation, management, legal, corporate and strategic planning roles. His experience in these positions enables him to provide sound legal advice from a practical and commercial perspective.
Pek believes that client’s satisfaction is a reference and testimony of the quality of legal services and he shall continue his legal career with upholding this principal.

CHAI SEI LEI, SHIRLEY
About Shirley
While she was pursuing her law degree with University of Malaya, she worked at legal firms to gain experience since year 2010. Upon completed her law degree and awarded with Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) by Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia, she chambered for a period of nine (9) months and called to the Malaysian Bar in year 2016.
In her practice since year 2016, she was mainly practicing in the area of corporate and conveyancing, where she assisted and handled matters in related to sale and purchase transaction, loan, transfer, discharge, perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, Tenancy, Trust Deed, Power of Attorney and other commercial agreements.
Upon having her ambition to setting up her own firm, she has worked harder and equipped herself well with solid and legal background by taking further steps to explore into new area which is worked as an in-house legal counsel in property developer & constructions company and thereafter in IT Company.
In year 2021, she joins the Firm as partner and her current practice emphasize more in area of corporate law, conveyancing and information technology.
